FAQ - Previewing a web link in the interface is not working

This can occur when you are trying to preview because the content is a mix of HTTPS and HTTP. Then the web browser will block the content by security reasons. This is nothing that can in any way affect you or your computer because you use PLAYipp. 

To fix this and be able to preview web pages it works a bit different in different web browsers but we have listed the most common web browsers below.  

Google ChromeMozilla Firefox Internet  explorer 
  1. A icon in the form of a shield displays to the right in the web browsers adress field.
    Click the shield.

  2. Click "Load unsafe scripts"

This need to be repeated every time a new  session of web browser is running.

If you still can't preview the content there could be code that blocks this in the webpages. You can contact support@playipp.com so we can test exactly whats wrong.
