Scheduling objects

This article shows how to use scheduling and all scheduling functions.

There is 3 different scheduling modes

Note!

You can add several schedules to the same object!

 

From & to date

The scheduling mode From & to date is use when you want a objekt to be shown between 2 different times and/or dates. For exampel: Wed 25 Oct 2017 at 00:00 - Sun 29 Oct 2017 at 23:59

  1. Choose the date and time that the object shall start to show. The object will start immediately if no date or time is choosen in the schedule.
  2. Choose the date and time that the object shall stop to show. The object will show until further notice if no date or time is choosen in the schedule.

Always show

Always show is the simplest scheduling mode. The object will show until someone removes or inactivate it in the playlist.

Advanced schedule

With advanced schedule you can create custom schedules. For exampele: A object shall only be shown on fridays or under lunch break on weekdays.

There is 2 different advanced schedules: Same hours each day and Different hours each day.

Same hours each day

  1. Choose which days that the object shall be shown. When a day is marked blue the object is shown that day.
  2. Choose between which hours the object shall be shown on the choosen days.
  3. Choose the date and time that the schedule shall start. The schedule will start immediately if no date or time is choosen in the schedule.
  4. Choose the date and time that the schedule shall stop. The schedule will show until further notice if no date or time is choosen in the schedule.

Different hours each day

  1. Choose which days that the object shall be shown. When a day is marked blue the object is shown that day.
  2. Choose between which hours the objects shall be shown on the choosen days.
  3. Choose the date and time that the schedule shall start. The schedule will start immediately if no date or time is choosen in the schedule.
  4. Choose the date and time that the schedule shall stop. The schedule will show until further notice if no date or time is choosen in the schedule.
